Return & Exchange Policy
At A1A Tees and More, all our products are custom-made upon order, as we partner with a print-on-demand service. This means each item is unique, and returns or exchanges are NOT accepted if the wrong size, color, or design is selected, or if there’s a change of mind.
When Returns or Refunds Are Allowed:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or there is a
manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or full refund. Please contact us within
30 days of receiving the product.
Provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If multiple items with the same design are affected, include a photo or video
showing all the affected products.
Cases Where Returns/Refunds Are Not Allowed:
Wrong Size or Color Ordered: We are unable to offer returns or refunds for incorrect size or color selection by the customer.
Minor Print Variations: For direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are normal and not considered defects.
Unsuccessful Delivery:
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can choose between:
Reprint with an additional charge.
Partial Refund of the order.
