  • How long does it take to ship products?
    Typically, orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. However, some items may require additional processing time depending on availability or customization needs.
  • When can I expect to receive my order?
    We use Standard Ground shipping for all orders, which generally arrive within 2–5 business days after the shipping date. Please note that during busy holiday periods, delivery times may be slightly extended.
  • Can I request expedited shipping?
    At this time, we only offer Standard Ground shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.
  • What is your return policy?
    At A1A Tees and More, each item is custom-made upon order. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or design selection or due to a change of mind. Returns or Refunds are Available for: Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly provide a free reprint or full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, along with a clear photo showing the issue. Returns or Refunds are Not Available for: Incorrect Size or Color: We are unable to offer returns or refunds if the wrong size or color is selected at the time of purchase. Minor Print Variations: Slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5" for direct-to-garment (DTG) printing) are normal and not considered defects.
  • Do you offer bulk order discounts?
